If you need to cancel or rearrange, contact Bridget promptly. Early notice gives the best opportunity to offer the time to someone else.
Late Cancellation and Non-Attendance
Where a fee applies, it will be explained before booking. Exceptional circumstances can be discussed fairly and individually.
Late Arrival
A late arrival may shorten the session so the next client is not delayed. The full fee may still apply where this has been stated at booking.
Workshops and Events
Workshop places may have separate cancellation or transfer terms. These will be shown before payment.
Cancellation by Bridget
If Bridget must cancel, you will be offered a new date or an appropriate refund for any payment made.
