Group Behaviour

Respectful Participation
Respect and Consideration

Everyone is expected to treat others with kindness and respect. Discrimination, bullying, shaming, intimidation or disruptive behaviour will not be accepted.

Personal Boundaries

Please respect the personal space, views and boundaries of others. Nobody should feel pressured to speak, share personal information or take part in an activity they are uncomfortable with.

Listening and Participation

Everyone should have the opportunity to speak and be heard. Please avoid talking over others, dominating discussions or behaving in a way that prevents others from enjoying the group.

Confidentiality

Personal experiences or information shared within the group should be treated with sensitivity and should not be repeated outside the group without permission.

A Safe and Welcoming Group

We want the group to remain friendly, relaxed and comfortable for everyone attending. Please arrive and participate in a way that supports this atmosphere.

Right to Ask Someone to Leave

Bridget and the organisers reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, inappropriate or makes another person feel uncomfortable or unsafe. This is to protect the wellbeing and enjoyment of the group as a whole.
