The Fool's Journey
Bridget’s Romp Through the Major Arcana
Twenty-Two Cards. One Very Human Journey.
The Major Arcana is not a list to memorise. It is a story we recognise: taking a leap, finding our strength, losing our way, beginning again — and becoming more fully ourselves along the way.
We’ll meet one archetype at a time, look beyond the textbook meaning and ask the livelier question: what is this card saying to me?
From innocence to experience — and onward to wholeness.

More Than Card Meanings
Look Closer. Feel Deeper. Trust Yourself.
Tarot becomes alive when knowledge meets intuition. We explore both — without telling you what you must see or believe.
- Your first impression — before the guidebook speaks
- Rider–Waite–Smith imagery, colours, numbers and symbols
- Traditional and reversed meanings
- Light, shadow and the card’s spiritual lesson
- People, situations, timing and inner archetypes
- Common misconceptions and practical reading
A Warm, Grounded Approach
Come As You Are.
You do not need to be psychic, polished or experienced. Curiosity is enough. Bridget holds a friendly, down-to-earth space where questions are welcome and nobody is put on the spot.
“Share from invitation, never expectation.”
- Beginners warmly welcomed
- Bring a deck — or simply bring yourself
- Reflection, discussion and practical exercises
- No pressure to read aloud
The Journey Continues
The Journey Continues
From the Major Arcana to the Minor Arcana
The Major Arcana gives us the bigger story: the turning points, lessons and archetypes that shape The Fool’s Journey. Once we have travelled from The Fool to The World, we begin to bring that understanding into the Minor Arcana.
This is where Tarot moves into everyday life.
Across the 56 cards of the Minor Arcana, we’ll explore the four suits — Wands, Cups, Swords and Pentacles — and the different parts of life they can speak to: action and creativity, emotions and relationships, thoughts and communication, and the practical world around us.
We’ll work through the numbered cards and Court Cards in the same relaxed, conversational way, looking at the imagery, traditional meanings and our own first impressions rather than simply learning definitions by heart.
The Major Arcana shows us the journey. The Minor Arcana helps us recognise how that journey appears in ordinary life.
From the big lessons to the smaller moments, the aim remains the same: to understand the cards, trust what you notice and develop a way of reading Tarot that feels natural to you.

Good to Know
Your Questions, Answered Plainly.
Do I need any Tarot experience?
Not at all. We begin with what is in front of us and build naturally from there.
Must I own a deck?
No. Bring one if you have a favourite, but you are equally welcome without one.
Will I have to give a reading?
No. You can take part at your own pace; sharing is always an invitation.
Is Tarot about predicting a fixed future?
We treat Tarot as a tool for awareness, choice and reflection — not a sentence carved in stone.
